The Movie: Rocky
Sylvester Stallone will go down in history as a legend for the Rocky series, which is still going strong to this day. The 1976 movie won 3 Oscars and several other awards and is considered the greatest sports movie franchise in the world.
When small-time boxer Rocky Balboa gets the chance of a lifetime to fight heavyweight champion Apollo Creed, he makes the most of the opportunity as the underdog. Along the way, he makes friends, enemies and finds love in his quest for respect. The ending to the movie is so fitting that it has been popularized in pop culture over the years, sustaining a life of its own. And is there just how many inspirational training songs have come out of the series over the years? The songs ‘Gonna Fly Now’ and ‘Eye of the Tiger’ are still supreme, so don’t laugh!
The latest in the Rocky series is Creed, bringing the count up to 7 total. The franchise is still fresh. Hopefully, they’ll keep pushing out more and continuing the great legacy of Stallone.

Preparation Time: 5 minutes
- 1 Cup of ice
- ½ Cup of water
- 1 Scoop of banana
- 2 Scoops strawberries (the ones in syrup)
- 1.5 Scoops Hagen Daz butter pecan ice cream
- 1 Scoop muscle milk weight gainer
- 2 Teaspoon egg protein powder
- 1 Tablespoon soy protein powder
- 2 Squirts honey
- 2 Tablespoon turbinado
- A little scoop of powdered milk
- 50cc Scoop of complex carb powder
- A little bit of vanilla extract
- A little wheat germ
- Blend like your life depended on it!
- Add nuts, hemp seed or flavored muscle milk.
